Become a 2026 Workshop Speaker
Do you have a passion to support business women in our community and a message to share? We want to encourage you to apply to be a Workshop Speaker at BWBC 2026! We are looking for engaging speakers to present on: Business, Leadership, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Technology, Health, Wellness, Personal Growth and more!
25+ Workshops Available
Attendees will choose 3 workshops to attend on conference day. All workshops are in person and held at Mechanics Bank Theater.
50-Minute Presentations
Speaking at BWBC gives you access to share your story, message, or strategy with business women from Bakersfield and surrounding areas.
Variety of Workshop Topics
We’re seeking a diverse lineup of speakers who cover topics for women who seek to evolve in all areas of their lives.

Application Timeline
- Applications are only available online and must be submitted by Thursday, October 31st at 5 p.m.
- Review and requests for interviews from November 11 – November 20.
- Notification of decision between November 29 – December 6.
- We ask that before you apply, you can commit to the conference dates and block them in your calendar until you receive notification of selection.
