It is my absolute honor to invite you back for the 37th Annual Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference on Thursday, April 22, 2027, where our theme will be: “Share Your Light: Starring You!”

The Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference is made possible entirely by the incredible volunteers in our community. If you’d like to be part of the magic, we invite you to join us! Our full-day conference offers a variety of volunteer roles and flexible time slots—making it easy to get involved, connect with inspiring women, and support this impactful event.

Workshops

This year, we will have 25+ workshop speakers covering topics on financial literacy, business technology, entrepreneurship, wellness, personal development, and more. There will be three workshop sessions on Conference Day and all are first come, first served.
