Our Story

From its inception, the Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference has been a platform for women to help grow their businesses and improve their personal and professional lives. Our one-day event provides a setting for information sharing, skills development, and personal growth that brings enrichment to the lives of all attendees.

BWBC is where you can invest in yourself on a personal and professional level. Wherever you’re at in your career, there is something for everyone here. From small business owners and corporate leaders to recent grads and job seekers, all community members are welcome.
